Vintage Luxury Genuine Fur coat

Vintage handmade real fur coat made in Toronto by House of Appel. The style is similar to the stock picture. The coat is made of fur panels same as the stock picture except this coat has cuffs on the sleeves while the stock photo doesn't have.. The under fur is light brown (beige) color and the over fur (longer hairs) are dark brown There are two slit side pockets and one hidden interior pocket. it feels very soft and comfortable. The coat is fully lined with high quality satin. Overall this coat can be worn as is since the signs of wear are not readily visible when wearing the coat. The fur exterior is in very good condition. One of the seams In the centre of the back, between panels is loose for about 2 1/2" however, it is not visible when worn and it can easily be repaired if someone wishes. See picture of the back of the coat. The lining shows wear along the hemline and stretched portions in some areas, close to seams and the cuffs. The lining of the pocket has pilling as expected on a vintage piece. The cuffs show some wear along the lower edge, more on the left cuff, due to touching a wrist watch, but since it is fluffy it is not readily visible. The interior has been repaired/ restitched. The interior satin belt was was stitched to secure it (see photo 12). No size tag so please check the measurement(approx.).
