Vintage MCM Cast Iron Candle Holder, Lotus Style, 12 Skinny Taper Candles, Dani

**This item is for slender "Danish" taper candles, not standard taper candles** This is an iconic mid-century modern style "lotus" candle holder made of cast metal with dark antiquing applied. Unsure if it is actually cast iron or mixture of metals. Holds 12 slender taper candles. Sacndinavian/Danish style, however this piece is actually made in Japan. Circa 1960's. Measurements: 4" diameter x 1 1/4" tall. The candle cup diameter is 1/4". Condition: Some wax residue and rust in the crevices. Some wear to the black finish. Marked Japan on bottom.
