Vintage MCM Onyx Jewellery Box

Very attractive caramel and white coloured stone with brass-toned accents. Meaures 5 1/4 inches wide by 3 5/8 inches deep and 1 5/8 inches tall. In wonderful condition - corners are all in shape. No chips or cracks. Similar boxes online are described as originating from Italy and as being MCM (mid century modern), dating to the 1950s and 1960s.
