Vintage MCM Sterling Bamboo Link Necklace

This vintage necklace, most likely made in the 50s to 70s, is made of sterling silver and has a c clasp closure. The clasp and necklace ends are each stamped 925 (3 stamps total). The necklace is made up of bamboo links, alternating between a polished finish and a brushed finish with a starburst engraving. Some of the links have a slight gold or rose gold tone, but they're all sterling silver. The undersides of the links are all smooth. The necklace has a good weight to it and the way the links connect "encourages" the necklace to lie flat and wide on your neck. There is wear throughout, including tone change and superficial marks in the metal surface. Still, the necklace is very wearable, and its classic design is always in style.
