This skirt is over 20years old when quality was top notch. It’s vintage MNG collection. It is a gorgeous Lamb leather. A wrap style. The longest length is 25 inches and the waist is 15 inches across. There is a lining and has no stretch. Bought in Singapore. Great used condition. Good used condition.
