Vintage MadCap Women's Handmade Cotton Summer Hat Brimmed Scarf Accent 21 1/2" I had the fortunate opportunity to go to an estate sale where the lady who lived there collected hats. I have close to 100 hats; some are designer and some are handmade. This hat measures 21 1/2" the diameter of the inside rim but it does have some elastic at the back so making it adjustable.
