This item is used but in very good condition. Nothing is loose or missing. I believe it's plastic. There are no brand or maker's marks, only "Made In Japan" on the metal pin. There is a small hole at the top, I assume, to convert it to a pendant? It measures approximately 11 cm x 3 cm. It comes with a gift box.
