Vintage Made in Italy Woven White Leather Heels 60s/70s

These are very narrow! I am typically a 7/7.5 with a wider foot and I can’t get these on. Widest part of toe box is ~ 3”. There are marks on the sides/heels and one small red mark on the front of the right shoe. Made in Florence and the woven details reminds me of Bottega Veneta. From my research, it appears that these heels could be as old as the 1960s though there is not enough information to 100% verify their age.
