Beautiful Madewell skirt circa 2014-ish, beautiful grosgrain waist and apparent zipper, fabric feels like heavy silk with a like sheen, interesting raw-edge detailing on the skirt gives it a very modern but timeless feel. Good used condition, worn a handful of times.
