Vintage Manhattan size 6X little girl’s party dress. Shimmery navy blue & gold design. Oversized collar & bow detail in front. Ties in the back, and metal zipper. Puffy 3/4 length sleeves. White crinoline underneath has slight yellowing discolouration as pictured. I did not try to clean it. Everything else looks excellent condition.
