Vintage Marimekko black and polka dots shirt dress, size 42 or 10 to 12 US

This shirt dress was previously worn, but is still in excellent condition. The material and overall construction of the garnment is very high quality. This shirtdress still has lots and lots of life left to it. The size is a 42, which could be worn by a size 10 (with some room) or a size 12 (for a very fitted style).
