beautiful 90's st Michaels (Marks and Spencer fashion brand. M&S) dress. black and white. I love the setting of the buttons. fits a size fits sizes M/L 8 to 12. would be stunning with a black or white belt and a beautiful hat. made in UK the composition tag as disappeared but my best guess is crepe rayon. it's light, breezy yet not transparent.
