Vintage Maxi Skirt and Vest

Purchased in 1973 London England. Black maxi skirt and vest. Waist to botton - 40" Across waist - 13" Button up vest with velvet inset and blue embriodery. Back of neck to bottom of vest 16.5" Armpit to armpit 16" No holes or tears. Smoke free home. I dont have a size but when I bought it I was 122lbs and 5' 4"
