Vintage Medium Black Dress by Oh Yes USA

Vintage- been in good storage for 15+ years. I wore it a couple times back in the day but it’s still in good condition. The top is sheer but the skirt is lined. Comes with the belt (see last photo). Couldn’t find much on this brand so just prices to sell.
