Vintage Metal Car

This is a vintage metal car; it may be a Bentley but I am not a car guy. There are no maker's marks and I get the impression that it may have been handmade in someone's garage. Some of the paint has rubbed off and, while the front wheels turn freely, the rear wheels get stuck while turning. The car is 9 3/4" long by 3 1/4" wide and is 4" tall.
