Vintage Metal Floral Bowl Holder, Sugar Bowl

Crystal bowl (or so I assume from the sticker... I’m no expert) with a metal holder, and spoon. My best guess was this was for sugar at tea time. Honestly it’s so beautiful you could use it for many things!
