Classic metal food mill with a sturdy wooden handle. Ideal for mashing and straining. Vintage Foley food mill to make apple purée, vegetable purées, mashed potatoes, tomato juice and more was used before everything became electric. This food mill is showing its age, perfect for the person who likes to collect kitchenware like this. Would I use it , Ofcourse I would, a good scrub and I would start to turn the handle. This one is a little stiff but a little oil and you will be good to go. With mine, I set it on a bowl and start turning the handle. I used mine for baby food, apple sauce and more.
