Perfect condition. Super cute. I could see this baby being worn at the roller rink. With or without a shirt underneath it’s so funky. Loads of stretch. Way more sparkly in person. Measurements are taken unstretched but I’m a M and it fits me great! Made in Hong Kong. Looove 🖤
