Vintage Metallic Stretch Elastic Belt. Black elastic strap covered with metallic silver colour scales. Silver colour metallic seashell clasp. Band is 2 inches wide. Length is 28 inch un-stretched. Can be stretched to approximately 35 inches. Excellent pre-owned condition. No puckering or over stretching. Small scratches / marks on some of the scales. See photos. 50143 M
