Such a beautiful and unique piece, vintage Simon Chang. Embroidery is multicolour metallic with the most stunning pattern. The back is equally gorgeous with buttons down the back - could be worn as a cardigan with buttons in the front ( if you remove the tag). Semi sheer fabric. Size S might work for a medium see measurements to ensure fit. Great condition considering the delicate nature of the fabric - there might be loose threads as pictures but it genuinely adds to the bohemian look of the piece.
