Vintage Mid Century Brass Birds Los Castillo Mexico

Fun pair of metal birds. Have seen them attributed to Los Castillo in Taxco, Mexico 1960’s. Designed as ashtrays, they’re more like small sculptures. Brass, copper. One has green rhinestone eyes, the other blue. Expected light wear, teeny dent beside 1 blue eye, otherwise great. They measure approx. 4” x 3”. One stamped Mexico, the other unmarked. Most of my listings are vintage. All items have been previously owned, loved, and used. Unless noted as NWT or mint vintage condition, please expect normal signs of wear. This may include a small stain, run, pinhole or other light imperfections typical of vintage and previously owned items. Whenever possible I use recycled packaging. My usual mailing days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
