Vintage Mid century Mixed material artisan bubble glass vase/glass

Brutalist style looking vase or tumbler that has brass and glass bubble spots. Very rustic or shabby chic and also modern and brutalist like. Very unique conversation piece. In hand made vintage condition . Could use a polish. I would recommend it to be decorative and not for drinking.
