Vintage Mid-Century 60s MOD Fashion Earring Collection (13 pairs), Posts, Screw-on and Clip-On in Vintage Gold Travel-Sized Jewelry Box Collection of vintage Mid-Century earrings, circa 1960's, in a vintage jewelry box, gold in colour with silver embossed rose and gold metal trim, peach pink satin and yellow velvet interior. Has spring-loaded hinges that firmly snaps it closed. Has a nice slim travel shape. The original owner of this collection must have had amazing taste! Each pair is gorgeous and unique in its own way, but they look so pretty together in the case that I did not have the heart to separate them. 7 / 13 of the pairs are for pierced ears, 4 / 13 are clip-on style and 2 / 13 are screw-on backs. In good vintage condition, some of the back clasps are missing from the pairs for pierced ears, but they are all interchangeable. The gold exterior of the box has some edge wear and faint staining. The satin has some small snags and the velvet has a few stains. Box Dimensions (when closed): 18 x 3.5 x 12 cm, 7 x 1.5 x 4.75 in
