The condition is good, a few light scratches here and there. I don't know if these lovely faux flowers were part of the frame originally or if someone added them later. This vintage metal frame (the material inside is plastic) looks wonderful and can be put on a tabletop or hung on the wall - horizonal, vertical, or anywhere in between. It'd be great for a wedding, engagement, pet photo - or why not just leave the waterfall picture I've added.
