@erinsvara Hello, thanks for your interest. I would say it's semi-sheer as it's actually a vintage slip. Check out the bottom half of photo just above the lace hem. You could definitely wear it as a skirt with black tights. Hope that helps. This would look great under an oversize blazer. Cheers!
