Vintage Mikai lace skirt

Vintage Mikai lace skirt Purchased at Tinseltown Mall in Vancouver the winter after it opened, so that would be early 2000. Stunning guipure lace with beige outlines and metallic blues and pinks that look a bit like glitter Faux scalloped hem (the scallop is designed into the mesh base, but the hem is actually straight across) Side zip opening Slightly A-line (somewhere between a pencil skirt and A-line) Knee-length (depending on your height) Fully lined Marked XS but fits like a Small: Waist: 27" Hip: ~36" Length: 19.125" Only flaw is a wobbly seam on the front of the waistband (which I never noticed all these decades until I photographed it for sale; explains why I got the last one) Was $200 then (which is $338 today) I tried to find out more about the label, but very little came up except some labels have "Mikai by Jerry Shabo," suggesting he was chief designer; he had his own eponymous label as well. Selling because I am trying very hard (and failing) to clear out my closet, and I haven't worn this for at least a decade.
