Vintage Miracle Scottish Celtic Stone Brooch

This vintage brooch by Miracle is made of silver tone metal (possibly pewter) and 5 different colours/types of stones (though I am not clear on if they are real or simulated glass). The brooch is shaped like a donut with small, delicate floral and swoopy details around the evenly spaced stones. The brooch has a modern locking c pin closure, and it is stamped Miracle on the backside between the red and turquoise stone and up towards the open center. It looks like chicken scratch at first glance, but it's easier to read once you know what it's supposed to say. This piece has a lovely patina and is in great shape overall.
