Vintage Monsoon Dress - UK Size 10

I purchased this dress 21 years ago in the UK and got engaged in it. It holds many memories but sadly I will not fit into it anymore. It has only been worn a couple of times at special occasions and has been wrapped in my closet the rest of the time so is in new condition still. It is a fitted mermaid style dress with a crushed velvet leaf design on it. Has a cowl neck and ruffled bottom seam. Ankle length dress. UK size 10 but fits more like a size 6-8 in Canada.
