kelseyleaa @junkcat20 Hi! Apologies for the delay in responding. There are no tags on this item unfortunately so I can’t say for sure what the material is. It feels like a very soft cashmere but based on the stretch I highly doubt it’s cashmere. Potentially a nylon cotton blend.

kelseyleaa @junkcat20 As for condition, it’s in great condition. There is about 3-4 little pills under the armpit but it’s unnoticeable unless you look hard like I did. From a flatlay the measurements are pit to pit 22”, length 23.5” shoulder to sleeve cuff 17”. The top would stretch a fair amount beyond those measurements as well
