Beautiful musical jewelry box from Norleans, made in Japan between the 1950s and 1970s. In a Victorian style, it is made of gilded wood and decorated with lace ribbons. The lid features a reproduction on real silk of the painting of a ballet dancer : La Camargo Dancing, by French painter Nicolas Lancret. The interior is lined with red fabric and has two compartments for storing your little treasures. Approx. 7.25 x 5 x 5 inches.
