Beautiful musical footed jewelry box from Norleans, made in Japan between the 1950s and 1970s. In an Italian Florentine style, it is made of golden wood and decorated with lace ribbons. The lid features a reproduction on real silk of the painting of a ballet dancer : La Camargo Dancing, by French painter Nicolas Lancret. The interior is lined with red fabric and has two compartments for storing your small treasures. Approx. 7.25 x 5 x 5 inches.
