Vintage NIKE pants

Vintage NIKE Straight leg dark navy blue pants 100% polyester and lined 2 pockets on the side with zipper closure Bottom of the leg may be unzipped + lighter blue detail where the zipper is. Drawstring waist in the interior. Size tag says its size medium height 168cm. Im size medium (see pictures) and I have medium/large thighs and even if I can put them on it feels like its too tight and too low rise from the back. So I would say it fits better if you are medium/small and not medium/large like me. In good pre owned condition.
