Features a beautiful doily-like lace Peter Pan style bib neckline and an all-over floral print in the most pretty colours of green, blue, cream and purple. The skirt of the dress begins below the bust area with pleats then has functional buttons all the way down. There are also pockets and a tie for the back. No size on tag; would fit a large or medium well!
