Vintage Nam-Reebok London Brown Victorian Style Jacket

Vintage Nam-Reebi Victorian style jacket, colour is a Brown or a brownish Rusty Plum. Has velvet trim. Pockets are faux. I think this also could be warm as a dress. I believe this is dated from the 1980s. But I’m not 100% sure. Wool blend. Not sure what the blend is no tag found. Condition is very good, but needs dry cleaned. Has slight cigarette odour.
