Vintage Native Indigenous Tribal Culottes

a very unique pair of '90s pleated colors made in Canada and made with 100% rayon. these appear to have been hemmed. I feel the hem job needs to be redone so that it's more secure and doesn't pull on fabric (it's made some runs).
