hangs on the wall. in good used condition. no cracks or chips noticed. it originally lit up, but bulbs burnt out. they can be replaced .They are very tiny. on and off switch can be seen in the back. very detailed and beautiful. hang on your wall or put on a stand on a table. great decorative piece. hand carved out of clay and hand painted. will be mailed out wrapped in bubble wrap numerous times and marked to post office as fragile.
