Vintage Nautical Stripe Secretary Dress Gold Anchor Buttons Belted 1970s

This vintage dress is adorable, a double breasted nautical secretary dress from the 70s or 80s in navy blue with white vertical stripes. Gold anchor buttons, notched collar, matching belt, shoulder pads, cuffed 3/4 sleeves. Made by D'Allaird's in Canada, vintage size 10 (please see measurements below.) 100% polyester, union made with ILGWU stamp and an extra button. This dress could be a midi or a maxi depending on your height. (I am modelling it and am 4'11.5".) The only flaw I can find is that the elastic at the waist is no more - it is brittle, "crunchy", and has no stretch. It could be replaced if you want the bunchy elastic waist look, but the belt cinches the waist.
