Vintage Navajo Turquoise ring Sterling 925 s4.5 (1430)

Vintage Navajo Turquoise ring in sterling silver. Size 4.5. Pretty piece of turquoise in a traditional twisted rope and feather setting. There is a strip of adhesive or resin on the back of the ring but it doesn't look like a repair. It looks like maybe it was placed there for fit or comfort. Tested as sterling silver. No marks visible.
