Gorgeous navy blue floral patterned Joseph Ribkoff dress, circa 1990. Full length dress with high neckline and ornamental button detailing down front. Light sewn-in shoulder pads add a little structure, but can easily be removed. Breathable material that hugs the body nicely, but can appear sheer so recommended to wear a slip underneath. Made in Canada Size 8P Excellent condition
