Vintage Navy Blue Midi Skirt

Navy blue poplin (poly cotton blend) midi length skirt with pockets, buttons down the front and belt loops. Very in trend. 28 inches long, waist is 14 inches flat , but there is elastic at the back so there is some give there can go up to 30 inch waist.
