Vintage Navy Blue Velvet Dress

Brand is numode Amazing vintage condition with minor wear. Labelled as a 9/10, but fits smaller (as true to vintage labelling). Probably fits a 4-6 best or size small. Pit-pit measurement underarm is approx 16.5”. Hip at widest (flatly) is approx 19” Has been recently dry cleaned. Has an amazing side slit. Could wear to an event or as a costume. I was hoping to wear this as a lady Di costume but sadly it just doesn’t fit. An amazing find
