Vintage Navy Button Front Skirt

This vintage skirt by Style My Way is navy-blue and is made of a polyester/rayon blend (70/30). The skirt has buttons down the front, an elastic back, multiple pleats in the front, and a belt accented with gold tone metal. This piece looks alright on the hanger, but it is far more flattering when worn. It falls below the knee. This piece is marked as a (vintage) size 18, but measures like a modern size large.
