Vintage Navy with Red Polka Dot Dress | Willi of California

It’s a pretty polka dot midi vintage dress and is in excellent condition for vintage. It has fun unique cuffs on the sleeves. Made by Willi of California. There is elastic on the waist and it has pockets. It does have a snag on the back just below the belt and the belt is rippled on the inside but totally fine on the outside fabric.
