Vintage Needlepoint Pillow Cover

This is a vintage needlepoint pillow cover. It features a geometric diamond pattern in off-white yarn on a canvas backing. There is attractive visible texture. It is a handmade piece, crafted using traditional needlepoint techniques, of wool. The edges of the canvas are taped, and there is room on the canvas to add more stitching if you choose. The canvas and needlepoint are (in my opinion) free of odors and are clean, though the bare canvas shows some stains. This is a vintage piece, made in the 1970s and I have photographed it in natural light.
