Vintage Needlepoint Wall Hanhing

This is a handmade needlepoint wall hanging depicting a house scene above a sampler of different stitching patterns. The piece is primarily brown and beige, with the house scene at the top showing a simple house and trees against a light beige background. Below the house scene, there are eight squares, each featuring a different needlepoint or cross-stitch pattern in varying shades of brown and beige. The entire piece is bordered by a darker brown stitched edge, and there are two loops at the top for hanging. This is a vintage piece from the 1970s. In my opinion there is no odor, mildew, and the piece is clean. The back of the piece does show age. There are no loose stitches. This piece is made of wool with a cotton backing.
