Vintage New Wong Kong Co. Patterned Oversized Cap Sleeve Lined Vest

This vest is in excellent condition. Marked as an XL but fits anywhere from a Medium without looking too baggy or sloppy. Has an oversized fit. The cap sleeve gives a little look of shoulder pads. There is a vintage style about this piece. All buttons present. There are two pockets. The inside lining is black with a bit of padding for extra warmth. This pairs well with a turtle neck and a pair of jeans. A trendy closet staple.
