In good vintage condition. Look like it’s missing a belt but any could fit or just cut them. Shoulder pads that can be easily removed. Pretty silver pearls buttons on top front. Puff shoulder. Bottom skirt have volume with a layer with lace hem. Lace neckline hem. This is so pretty!! Doesn’t have size or fabric tag. Look like a cotton polyester blend. Measure lay flat: shoulder 15,5’’ bust 16’’ waist 13,5’’ hips 18’’ length 41’’ sleeve length 23’’.
