Vintage Norah Wellings celluloid head cruise ship souvenir Sailor doll

Adorable vintage Norah Wellings cruise ship souvenir cloth sailor doll .He has a celluloid head with hand painted face ,cloth body with blue velvet suit .He's in nice condition for his age just slight off colour to anything white but it seems that's common when I compare to her other dolls .please see pics
