Vintage Norco Bike Bag

Fairly certain this is a handle bar bag but it also looks like it’s missing some straps for attachment. Be prepared to make your own, take to a tailor or use as is. Over all fairly clean, a couple of light marks but nothing wrong with zippers. Six compartments. Unsure if a side pannier is the correct placement for this bag but a similar one is pictured.
