This is a vintage 1982 Edwin M. Knowles "The Tycoon" collector plate by Norman Rockwell, part of the Rockwell Heritage Collection. It is the sixth plate in the limited edition series, which was permanently closed in 1982. The plate is officially endorsed and certified as a "True Rockwell Classic" by the Rockwell Society of America. It features Rockwell's artwork depicting an older man sharing his wisdom with an attentive young boy and a dog. Each plate is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
